What happens if one of my documents expires?

Omni tracks document expiration dates — including your TCP or taxi permit, insurance, registration, and inspection — and sends reminders ahead of time. If a document lapses without renewal, your account is automatically deactivated until it's updated and manually reactivated by Omni. Your background check is also renewed every year.
