How do I apply to drive with Omni?

Applying takes place in the Omni Driver app. There are no interviews and no sign-up fees.

1. Download the Omni Driver app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Create your account and choose your lane: TCP Partner or Taxi Partner.

3. Complete your profile: personal information, work profile and vehicle details.

4. Upload your documents: driver's license, TCP permit or local taxi permit, insurance, vehicle registration and a current vehicle inspection report.

5. Order your background check from HireRight ($21.40, paid directly to HireRight — the only upfront cost to join Omni), then upload a photo of the first page of your report.

6. Sign your Driver Technology License Agreement and complete the in-app safety training.

7. Wait for review. We check every document by hand and text you when you're approved.

Most applications are reviewed within 5 business days once every document and your background check are in. Expired, blurry or mismatched documents are the most common reason for delays, so make sure every file is current and readable.

Once you're approved, set your availability and start accepting trips. Omni charges a 15% technology fee per completed trip; you keep 85% of every fare, plus 100% of tips and bonuses.
