How do I book a ride?

1. Download the Omni app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account.

2. Add a payment card.

3. Enter your pickup and drop-off.

4. Choose Go to ride now, Reserve to pick a time, or Access for a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

5. Check your estimated fare and confirm.

You'll see your driver's name, photo and vehicle once your ride is confirmed.
