Is there a background check?

Yes. Every driver completes a background check through HireRight before approval, and again every year.

  • You order and pay for the check directly with HireRight. The fee is $21.40, and it's the only upfront cost to join Omni.

  • When your report is ready, upload a photo of its first page in the Omni Driver app.

  • Omni verifies your results directly in HireRight.

If your check doesn't clear, contact HireRight to review or dispute your report, then email support@rideomni.com to ask for another review.
