Go, Reserve or Access: which ride should I choose?

  • Go — for rides right now. Request a nearby ride when you're ready to leave. Options: Go, Go SUV, Go Van.

  • Reserve — for rides planned ahead. Choose your pickup time and the vehicle that fits your trip. Options: Reserve, SUV, Premium.

  • Access — for riders who need a wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV). Request one when it's available nearby.

Every ride shows an estimated fare before you confirm, and fares never surge.
