Cancellation & refund policy

• Riders can cancel in the app before pickup. Reserve rides are free to cancel until 60 minutes before pickup; Go rides are free to cancel for 2 minutes after a driver is assigned. After that, or if you aren't at the pickup spot within 5 minutes of your driver's arrival, a cancellation fee applies. The fee goes 100% to your driver.

• If your driver cancels, you're not charged.

• Refunds for completed trips are reviewed case by case. Email support@rideomni.com within 48 hours of your trip with your trip date and what went wrong.
