How is my fare calculated?

Your fare is metered: a base fare, plus per-minute and per-mile rates for your trip, plus a $2.50 service fee. You see an estimated fare before you confirm. Your final fare reflects the actual distance and time of the trip.

There's no surge multiplier — not on busy weekends, not during events, not at peak hours. Each vehicle type has a minimum fare, shown in the app before you confirm.
