What happens if a rider cancels?

If a rider cancels a confirmed trip close to the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee may apply — and a portion of that fee is passed to you as compensation for your time. If the rider cancels well in advance, no cancellation fee is charged. Cancellation policy details are shown in the app.
