How does Omni's technology fee work?

Omni charges a 20% technology fee on each completed fare. This fee covers your access to the Omni booking platform, matching technology, payment processing infrastructure, and driver support tools.

There is no flat per-trip deduction, no weekly or monthly subscription, and no other platform charges. After the technology fee is applied, the remaining fare is credited directly to your driver account.

Example:

• $20 fare → technology fee $4.00 → you receive $16.00

• $30 fare → technology fee $6.00 → you receive $24.00

• $50 fare → technology fee $10.00 → you receive $40.00

Tips are not subject to the technology fee — 100% of any tip goes directly to you.
