How does Omni's technology fee work?

Omni charges a 15% technology fee on each completed fare. You keep 85%. The fee covers the booking platform, matching technology, payment processing and driver support. There are no flat deductions, no subscriptions and no other platform charges. Both lanes — TCP Partner and Taxi Partner — pay the same 15%.

Examples:

• $20 fare → technology fee $3.00 → you receive $17.00

• $30 fare → technology fee $4.50 → you receive $25.50

• $50 fare → technology fee $7.50 → you receive $42.50

Tips and rider bonuses aren't subject to the fee — 100% goes to you. The $2.50 rider service fee is separate and isn't part of your fare.

Major rideshare apps can take up to 50% of a fare. Omni's technology fee is 15%.
